Questions about the program
How long does my link count?
30 days. If someone clicks your link and subscribes within 30 days, the subscription counts for you.
For how long do I earn from each subscriber?
For as long as their subscription stays active. You get 20% of every renewal, monthly or annual.
What if someone cancels and subscribes again later?
Your commission stops when the subscription is canceled. If they come back later, the new subscription only counts if they subscribe again through your link.
What about refunds?
Refunded payments don't earn a commission.
Can I subscribe through my own link?
No. Subscribing through your own link doesn't earn a commission.
When and how do I get paid?
Once a month, as soon as your balance reaches R$100 in Brazil or US$20 in other countries. We pay by Pix in Brazil and by international transfer (Wise or bank account) everywhere else.
