Is GoPuppy free?
Yes, you can care for one pet with routines, reminders and daily progress, free forever. Premium adds shared care, more pets and the full health picture, with a 7-day free trial.
How does shared care work?
Invite up to 10 people per pet: partner, family, caregivers. Everyone sees the same routine, gets the reminders and logs what they did. You always know your pet is okay, without having to ask.
Can I care for more than one pet?
With Premium you can care for up to 5 pets, each with their own routine, health records and family.
How does the AI behavior analysis work?
It works for dogs and cats. Record 5 to 15 seconds of what you noticed, or take a photo. GoPuppy's AI looks at movement, posture, skin and coat, then gives you possible explanations, what to watch for and when a vet visit is worth considering. It is an observation, not a diagnosis, and it does not replace your vet. Analyses use credits, which come with Premium and refill every month.

GoPuppy is available for iPhone and Android, in six languages, and everyone in your home can join from either.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data stays yours. If Premium ends, nothing is deleted. Your pets and history remain, and you can pick up right where you left off.
